Equilateral AI (Pareidolia LLC) provides AI agent orchestration services including:

• Pattern harvesting and legacy system modernization
• Security analysis and compliance validation
• Automated deployment and infrastructure orchestration
• Rapid application development and brand creation
• Knowledge synthesis and technical documentation

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

3. Enterprise Pilot Program

Our Enterprise Pilot Program includes:

• Initial assessment and agent deployment
• Performance demonstration and metrics validation
• Custom configuration for your development environment
• Support and training for your development teams

Pilot program terms and pricing will be established in separate service agreements.

4. 24-Hour Challenge

Our 24-Hour Challenge service provides rapid application and brand development. Terms include:

• Project scope must be defined and agreed upon before commencement
• Delivery timeline begins upon scope confirmation
• All deliverables include source code, documentation, and deployment instructions
• Additional revisions beyond scope may incur additional charges

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all intellectual property you provide to us. We use your content solely to deliver the requested services.

Our Services

The AI agents, orchestration methods, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property. Generated code and deliverables are provided under appropriate licensing terms.

Generated Content

Code, applications, and brands generated by our agents become your property upon completion of service and payment.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Your source code and technical implementations
• Business logic and proprietary algorithms
• Strategic plans and competitive information
• Performance metrics and system architecture details

7. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability:

• Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Emergency support is available for enterprise clients
• Service level agreements are defined in enterprise contracts

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from third-party services or integrations
• Issues arising from implementation of generated code

9. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service type:

• Pilot programs: Payment upon completion and acceptance
• 24-Hour Challenges: 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery
• Enterprise contracts: As specified in service agreements
• All payments are non-refundable except as specified in service agreements

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. Upon termination:

• You retain all completed deliverables
• We will return or destroy your confidential information
• Outstanding payments remain due
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to enterprise clients. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Pareidolia LLC is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
